J240 Jumped climbing formwork - Strong cantilever climbing bracket for large sized wall form with wide working space

The J240 Jumped climbing formwork is widely used in high rise buildings, bridge piers and pylons. J240 stands out for its feature of high loading capacity. With this system, large-sized wall form panels with height up to 4.5m can be realized. Combining with truss system, J240 permits casting sections up to 6m high. Therefore, the requirements of a fast construction workflow will be fulfilled.

1 . High loading capacity : The strong brackets and platforms can carry heavy loads. Load bearing anchor system allows high concreting sections with large area formwork.
2 . Easy to handle: By integrated carriage, wall forms can be rolled backward about 650mm quickly without crane.

4 . Fast workflow: Brackets, platforms and wall forms can be lifted and repositioned in a single lift. Striking is easily performed by carriage without crane.
