Shaft platform-1 - Easy structure and crane lifed platform means time and cost saving
Overview
The shaft platform is mainly used in the concrete pouring for elevator well, equipment and staircase of high-rise buildings. The lateral pressure of the concrete is mainly supported by the high tensile bolts. It is simple, fast and cost-effective to use.
Introduction
The shaft platform is made up of platform board,wooden beam,beam clamp and shaft beam. In order to provide enough movable space for platform,the distance from the platform edge to the concrete surface is 70 mms,the sketch is on the left. In the system of shaft beam formwork,the function of pull-push prop system is supporting the system.
Characteristics
1 . The structure is stable and easy to operate. The connecting components are highly standardized and are widely applicable.
2 . The brackets, formwork and construction loads are fully supported by the anchor system without the use of scaffolding. It is suitable to be used in the concrete pouring of high-rise core wall.
3 . The platform beam has many types of specifications and length which are adjustable according to the tube structure measurements.
